Job Description: Your Role on the Mr. Diggs Team
As the Material Handler, you will be responsible for assembly, preparation, inspection, placement and removal of product on the showroom floor.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life
· Safety: Handling products to ensure you are safe and avoid damaging goods
· Staying on Top: Maintain accurate inventory
· Work Smarter, Not Harder: Use Tools Safely (drills, ladders, box cutters, etc.)
· Set the Scene: Assemble and inspect product
· Accuracy: Verify that all products being placed on showroom floor match the plan and are in acceptable condition
· Plan: Ensure that all products have been received, placed on showroom in the correct location and are properly tagged
· Collaborate: Facilitate working relationships and communication between cross functional partners and teammates

Qualifications: What We are Looking For

• Comfortable using basic hand tools and climbing ladders
• Ability to lift, push and pull required weights (furniture/other product)
• Ability to assemble furniture
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, upbeat attitude
• Team player
• Ability to multi – task
• Good organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Basic computer knowledge
